The Story:
Megan got a -- ahem -- GREAT deal on flights and accommodations, so we headed straight to Maui for about 5 days of sunshine and beach time during Seattle's rainy November. We stayed at a really swanky place in Maui right on the beach -- the hotel had a ton of exotic birds and other wildlife in the open-air lobby. Crazy! It took us a day or two to get into the beach vacation groove, but once we set our clocks on island time, it was hard to return.
